Middle name for Olivia?

Just had baby girl after 3 boys, and it took us a week to come up with Olivia (even though it is top of the top 100 list!), but we are struggling for middle names. Last name one syllable, beginning with 'S'.

Please let me have your ideas! Thank you!

Mae
Joan
Anne

(Can you tell I'm on an old lady name bent? LOL)

Grace?

GladioliBuckets · 13/03/2010 16:00

Um, it's not compulsory to have a one syllabled middle name you know.

LouMacca · 13/03/2010 16:15

OP isn't saying it is. She has said her last name is one syllable.

ShinyAndNew · 13/03/2010 16:18

I like Olivia Mae and Olivia Grace and Olivia Rose. I think they 'fit' well.

somanyboyssolittletime · 13/03/2010 16:26

Thanks everyone - I love Grace but am worried about the 'ce' merging with the 's' of our surname - or am I just overthinking it?!

Rae ? it is the middle name of my youngest Sienna, with every name we had on the list Rae was the middle choice !

SE13Mummy · 13/03/2010 23:42

Olivia Mary or Josephine, Madeleine, Rachel, Jayne, Daisy, Joy, Emily, Phoebe or Kate?

Mae/May, Grace and Rose seem to be the middle name of every second girl around here so I'd steer clear of those (I have Louise as a middle name - that good ol' 1970s filler!).

Thank you again - some lovely ideas. We loved Matilda for her first name - still wondering if we should go with it!

I like,

Olivia Jane
Olivia Jean
Olivia Joan

Just think they go well together.

Olivia Grace does go but Grace and Rose seem to be the middle names of choice for almost everyone.

I prefer Grace as a first name with NN, Gracie. Lovely.
