Clement is much nicer, although I wouldn't use it myself. Reggie sounds 'hard' imho.

Clement is interesting, quite elegant in fact. Its an unusual name, maybe that's a plus, depends how you see it.

It's got to much of a connection with the Krays for me. And why on earth would you want to name your child after violent psychopath?!

I like Reggie, if anything it reminds me of Reggie Yates not the Krays.
I like Clement in fact love Clement in a tribute to Clement Freud but think its not wise unless you are surrounded by children with names like SaintJohn and Araminta. If you live, as I do among Chardonnay, Armarni, Jay-Cantona and Torn then I'd have Reggie Clement Fudgeface.
