This is a name I have always loved, but I ruled it out when I read how popular it is - however, I have never actually heard of anyone calling their child Chloe. Is it really so popular? And is it more popular amongst certain demographics?

I think Chloe is a pretty name. I don't think it is 'chavvy' at all as it is a Classic, Greek name and not something made up/ modern/ kre8tive.
I don't think Chloe is v popular for babies- most of them are 5-15 yrs old now.
If you like it, go for it!
