Have a name all set for DS2, potential brother to DS1 Harrison Anthony but if a girl arrives we are in trouble. What do you think of:

Loveday
Marnie
Lyra

?

I like them all actually and they all go well with your DS's name.

annasophia · 04/02/2010 11:38

Nice and not common. Do they go well with your surname?

Chatster · 04/02/2010 11:40

Surname is Pawsey which do you think goes best? If any!

Lyra or Loveday go better with your surname - Marnie Pawsey sounds a bit singsong, which is a shame as it's a very underrated name IMO.

mazzystartled · 04/02/2010 11:45

Love Lyra
Marnie is great but not so great with Pawsey
Not mad keen keen on Loveday, but it could be a grower

That was my reservation, adore Marnie although would be an uphill battle to convince DH but I don't like the fact that the first name and surname ends with the same sound.

Love them all but agree re. Marnie and your surname (although this is my fave and is a name I'd like for imaginary DC3).

All lovely names - feminine and not that widespread.

Lyra and Loveday go best with your surname imo.
