Thanks!

I like Violet but a friend just had a girl and named her that. Aslo like Kitty but fear it's about to become quite commmon, so ruled that out too!

Looking for bit of a twist if possible, so old fashioned, but not too trad IYSWIM!

Louise was my first thought as well.

Pineapplechunks · 01/02/2010 14:25

There's a Maisie in DD's school and her best friend is Ruby. I think they go nicely together.

I like Nancy or maybe Nina?

Sazisi · 01/02/2010 17:11

I assumed it was a middle name you were seeking
Okay, sister for Maisy names:

Louise, or Eloise or Heloise?
Rosa
Serena
Maya/Maia
Delia
Jody
Gemma

And another vote for Alice too

DD1 says Violet or Abigail

messylittlemonkey · 01/02/2010 17:18

Thanks all!

I like Nancy. Also Minnie to throw in one of our own ideas.

Not a big fan of Louise TBH but only because it puts me in mind of women of my age (mid thirties) from school - I knew lot of Louises!

Tilda's nice too and different.
