Yes, its guy-er(I think) and I think it's quite nice.

No No No to Dorcas - SIL is called Dorcas - people who don't know her openly laugh when she is mentioned by name (saying that so do people who know her....shes not the most liked of people ), my kids are embarressed to mention auntie Dorcas in front of friends etc

My favourites from your lists are Lillian and Gaia (I pronounced it Guy-ah in my head?) and Wilfred for a boy
