Felicity best, then Lucinda. Phoebe OK.

Don't like Clementine, fruit connotations and a bit odd IMO.

Pingpong · 12/01/2010 14:46

none of them rock my boat - sorry. All a bit pony club for my liking!

mathanxiety · 12/01/2010 15:39

Clementine, then Lucinda, then Phoebe. Don't like Felicity so much.

skidoodle · 12/01/2010 15:41

Clementine

Didn't you just ask us about Ophelia, Beatrix etc?

Hulababy · 12/01/2010 15:43

In order:
Phoebe
Clementine
Felicity
Lucinda

jumpyjan · 12/01/2010 15:54

Clementine
Clementine
Clementine

I love it.

MaggieMnaSneachta · 12/01/2010 15:56

Phoebe by a long way. Gorgeous name.
Lucinda is nice, lots of nick names too. Lindy is nice
Clementine is not my style, but clea or cleo could be a cute nn.
Felicity is AWFUL. She'll be called fellatio and there's no obvious nick name, except flik which is really ugly.

Hassled · 12/01/2010 15:58

Felicity, then Phoebe.

Hassled · 12/01/2010 15:58

She will NOT be called Fellatio .

kitsmummy · 12/01/2010 16:03

Clementine, is DD's middle name, definitely the best!

LuciaRose · 12/01/2010 16:09

Yes, I did also ask about Imogen, Beatrix, Ophelia and Genevieve. Just gathering ideas!

Thanks!

Phoebe

nikkisbump · 12/01/2010 17:54

Phoebe is lovely, and Lucinda!

Another nn for Felicity would be Fliss, every Felicity I know has been called this at some point. Don't know if this would bother you?

ironlikealion · 12/01/2010 18:35

In order of preference:

  1. Lucinda
  2. Phoebe
  3. Felicity
  4. Clementine
Heated · 12/01/2010 18:40

1=Phoebe

3 Lucinda

4 Felicity

mazzystartled · 12/01/2010 18:43

I love Clementine

I would have like Phoebe for DD but DH maintained he couldn't spell it.

Lucinda and Felicity both a bit fussy/landed gentry for my liking

Jamieandhismagictorch · 12/01/2010 18:54

The only one I like is Clementine, but I like that quite a lot

Openbook · 12/01/2010 18:54

Phoebe

mummyloveslucy · 12/01/2010 19:02

I like Lucinda and Phoebe. Clementine sounds pretty, but couldn't imagine calling a child that.

Laurily · 12/01/2010 19:15

It is very popular to name girls Phoebe in the last few years and is an annoying name to spell for little 'uns (although I do love it and is probably my favourite of the four). Please do not call her Clementine, except perhaps as a middle name if it is a family name that it precious to you. The world is not yet ready for the revival of that name (although this is from a woman whose friend has just named her daughter Elsie)

Lotkinsgonecurly · 12/01/2010 19:21

I love Clementine, clearly against popular opinion. But I loved Jemima for dd and was overuled by dh on operating table.
