noooooooo! both names i choose cant be used

hi peeps! thought i had a boy and girls name picked but both have been used this last week in family births, gutted back to square one!
would have been jacob or megan! help me please x

why would that mean you can't use them? are they terrible close family members?

not close family but have same surnames, and very common surnames to! feel its not the done thing [fmile]. just wouldnt feel comfy with it

Megan in my mind is similar to Greta, Bethan, Holly, Rosie, Shelley (sp?), Jasmine, Hazel and Millie.

Jacob to me is linked with: Isaac, Zachary, Elijah, Tobias and Noah.
