Just want to double check opinions on this name...

Due in 10 weeks and we've picked

Faith Juliet.

Just want to be sure people like it and it's not one of those when someone says 'oh that was the name of that pornstar who got shot' or something like that.

Juliet is after my mum who is Julie and we wern't keen on the name Julie so came up with the Juliet but there has been much umming and aahing over that bit.

Not really, Faith Juliet is gorgeous, and has no crazy connotations. Congrats!

I prefer Juliet to Faith (although Faith is nice - but there was some 80s TV impersonator - Faith Brown?). Julia is lovely.

Ooo good responses so far I'm so pleased.

Glad people like Juliet too as we were unsure.

So far I have 80s TV impersonator (who I'll have to look up!) and the George Michael song but neither seem too big a deal thank goodness.

Think MIL would disown us if we had my mum's name as her first name

My situation is exactly the same my dd has middle name Juliet as my mum is Julie and I love it.

that is gorgeous. i love juliet so much i would use it as a first naeme. but, i also love faith!! my dd's middle name is joy and it was nearly faith! so we have similar taste... Faith Juliet is beautiful.
