Ok Spooks fans -would Zoe Reynolds remind you of the TV show?!

I'm still TTC but DH & I enjoy batting names about anyway.

His favourite for a girl is Zoe and I like it a lot. But our surname is Reynolds, and when I mentioned Zoe as a possibility to a friend she said Zoe Reynolds was Keeley Hawe's character on Spooks. I've never watched it -how well known/ iconic was she? Would it be a bit like naming your baby Bianca Jackson?!

Also, purely in hypotheticals still, we'd quite like Mary as a middle name for any future DD, after my mum. Is Zoe Mary to many ee sounds at once, do you think?!

Also they have a cousin called Ross. We used to take him out a lot with us when he was small at the height of Friends! (Ross and Rachel!)

The time in Spooks when Zoe was a character was yonks and yonks ago, no one will remember.

But if they do, she was cool and we really liked her ( well DH did, but he fancies Keely Hawes anyway )

Yes, I've watched all the Spooks series and wouldn't make any connection to that character - barely remember her first name let alone her second !
Zoe Reynolds is a lovely name!

I love Spooks - it's my favourite program! I wouldn't have made the connection though - I'd forgotten Zoe's characters surname until I read this.

If your surname was Carter and you were going to call your son Adam, I probably would have thought of it (only in a good way!) - but I still wouldn't think it was strange
