thoughts please?
i think we prefer phoebe especially as everyone laughs when we say heather and makes suggestions towards heather in eastenders!!!

we were going to have phoebe and sofia as second name.

MIL says is too posh and would need to win lottery before we considered it.WTF?

Heather

Remember in 'Friends' when Phoebe introduces herself to Rachel's sister and the sister says 'that's an interesting noise'? That's how it seems to me - a sound not a name. A teenager here has a 2yr old DD called this but, having only heard it, the mother spekt it Feeby.

Heather, I only know as Psycho, Restraining Order Heather I went to university with. It's also a bit old lady and tartany.

Please! Neither!

Heather is beautiful and will never be a dated name.I've heard of people calling their snakes Phoebe I can't stand it.It also reminds me of Lisa Kudrow in Freinds.xx

I really don't like Phoebe (sorry to those who own one!) Just not pretty sounding, spelling makes no sense to me, etc.

Phoebe's a wonderful name (not that I'm biased ). Lots of strong meanings and associations if you're into that kind of thing.

I love Phoebe. Am surprised that some are saying it's popular-have never met any and there are none at DS school
