Gorgeous names outside the top 100

Go on - what are the beautiful names that you love and would go for if you had the courage?

My DD is Flora, which is never in the top 100.

I don't think either of my dd's names would be int he top 100, Tabitha and Genevieve.

Neither of my children's names are in the top 100, Annabel and Quentin. In my (biased) opinion, they're very beautiful names !

Uglina is a lovely Sicilian name

My DD's name, Camille, isn't in the top 100.

My DD's name will never be in the top 1000, i reckon. Not much call for the name of the first ever feminist. It's Lillith.

Annabella (why is Isabella so popular but not this one)

I love Annabella...but we have long surname so it just doesn't flow well!

My kids both have names outside the top 100 - dd is Anya and ds is Laurie - obviously I think they are lovely!!
There are some nice names on this thread - I love Camille and Flora! I would have considered Gilbert for our ds if dp had liked it!

Neither of mine are in the top 100 (although one has been mentioned on here as someone's DD!). We considered Antonia and Agata for DD2 and Harriet was a strong contender for DD1.

DD2's name is generally considered poncetastic by Mumsnet, but I love it.

Persephone - i have always loved this - it was dd2's name in utero, and we nearly used it and didn't - we called her Pearl, but now worry that Pearl and Persephone are too similar, so i will never get to use it

Boys - Ptolomy, Bertram, Jeremy (dh said no.

Although none of my dc's names are top 100, i think most are far from being in the top 100 although i did worry that Iris might scrape in this year - but my Iris is 8, so she'll be really old i think before it is top 100 then i wont mind so much!

Barnaby or Barnabus.

Nobody should ever call a baby any name that calls for courage. You don't know how much courage he or she will have as they grow up, and what else they might need it for.

Having recently watched Robin Hood, I adore the name Archer - would never use it though.

Sounds similar, but much more original. Knew a lovely Irish girl with that name.
