DP loves it, I would rather give the little one an easier start in life. Would love to hear your thoughts!

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

No.

My OH suggested 'The Hulk' in case we were having a boy. It just goes to show, just because they speak, it doesn't mean we should listen.

I know a little Hercy. Awfully, awfully posh tho.
I have to say I do quite like it {hides}
but then my baby son is called Hugo
[yes really}

Apparently it is also a fairly normal name in Shetland.
Might raise a few eyebrows elsewhere though?

Only if he were able to go to school with Lysander and Jolyon (2 other baby name threads today) to a school specially designed for their own personal safety

No. Please no.

Just me that thinks of The Nutty Professor then??

FarkinBarkin · 07/09/2009 17:27

Makes me think of Kevin Sorbo. And not in a good way.

Suggest a little experiment to your dp. For two weeks you will call him Hercules whenever you are out in public together. Discuss it again after that.
