would it attract you to it or put you off?

I have always liked Daphne and Flora which are both the names of newly released perfumes by Daphne Guiness and Gucci.

Marc Jacobs has had several perfumes with names such as Daisy, Violet and now Lola - would it make or break the names for you?

Just a thought..

wouldn't make any difference, I think. Love Flora, so-so about Daphne

Carrying on from my Flora? thread...I am nearly 100% sure I will call my DD2 Fora. I have always loved the name, but to be honest, having a perfume with the same name does not bother me or put me off it. Just mums and sisters trying to put me off it due to potential teasing!

Wouldn't matter but I did think it odd that Noel & Meg Gallagher (as she then was) called their baby "Anais"

Mind you I would not have the same prejudice against "Charlie"

Not really, I think those perfumes are quite boutiquey anyway. They won't be aimed at mass market, on tv ads or in paper. More at fashionistas and advertised in vogue and elle most likely.
