What would you expect Josh's brother to be called?

e.g. Benedict, Oscar, Arthur - arent the types of names you would expect to go with Josh.

But what would without being too predictable e.g. Jack?

I think Benedict, Oscar etc sound fine with Josh.

But I would predict Jacob or Reuben/Reuven.
