will that not be confusing when mail comes in addressed to Mr C D Z and Mr C D Z ?
Why not mix it up and have Mr C D Z and Mr D C Z?

If we had a boy I would give him my husband's first name as a middle name but not his first name. My father had the same first name as his father and it is just confusing. My grandfather had 2 middle names and my father shared one of them so their names were very, very similar. Too weird I think, especially when there are so many names to choose from.

Cole (my favourite boy's name)

My husband is also Christopher.

Karam · 03/06/2009 21:37

Also Cerin.

MrsMattie · 03/06/2009 21:43

Cian or Cillian - both Irish.

BikeRunSki · 03/06/2009 23:04

Cai

BUT My DH and I have the same initials, and it is VERY confusing. The Halifax CAN NOT understand that Mr AH Surname and Mrs AH Surname are different people!

Growing up, my brother and I had the same initials and that was confusing too.

Having said all that, when I was pg last year the only girl's name we could agree on was Anna Hope Surname. DC is a DS and has totally different initials to us!

Cayden Daniel
Charlie or Charles
Cole Daniel sounds like cold annual
You could always officially name him '?C?'DZ on the birth cert. but call him 'Daniel' (CZ) by name. My uncles are all called John but use their middle names.
