did you still research?

We've always had a potential name for a boy picked out, but I still feel like I should look through a baby book just to be sure.

Anyone else? Did you still end up with the original name?

Hi LBOT!

We knew DS1 was going to be Freddie from about 18 weeks. But we still kept looking at names. He was orginally going to be called Morgan but changed our minds.

DS2 was always always going to be Oliver. But then my Mum starting calling him Ollie which I hate(don't know why) and as you know he is now Dylan.

Hope I've helped!

I wanted to call DS1 Daniel but he just didnt look like a daniel lol
DD2 was Jessica for about 6 hours and then I changed it, the midwife was very confused when she came back!
I did use ones on the short list thou never something completely different

I went out and got a baby name book when i was about 10weeks pg and i found it amusing rather than helpful. In the end, i picked the middle name and Dh picked first name so she is Daisy Amelia. We both agreed of course, just that was the easiest way to decide.

We agreed the name of DD1 before she was conceived. Yes, we looked at other names - but we knew what we wanted and nothing else compared really.

With DD2, we settled on a name, Annabel which we were dead set on for months. Didn't really bother to look at other names - but a few weeks before I gave birth, we changed our minds to the name DD2 now has. Found naming DD2 much harder as we had already used the name we loved.

I'd always planned on calling my dd Matilda (after my grandmother who basically brought me up). I did waiver a little bit because I thought it might be getting too popular and we did have a "shortlist" but tbh, I never really had any doubts.
