Boys names opinions please - 2 weeks to go and undecided

Looking for some opinions on these names as I've 2 weeks to go, having another boy, and we still cant decide. DS1 called Ben. Would quite like something scottish as we are, but live in Yorkshire - but doesnt have to be.

Theo, William or Elliot. Love these. Completely hate the rest, sorry! How about Fraser?

Hamish is cute- knew a really nice one as a teenager- and I like William. None of the others grab me really.

Edward - Ted for short. Love it, although not Scottish and slightly biased as best friends son is Ted and he is a little gem

I like William and nearly considered it for DD2 if she had been a boy but I realised he would have been known as Will and as I already have a Ben I would have had Will and Ben - too much like Bill and Ben for me - it was a reason to cross it off the list anyway. If DD had been a boy we'd settled on Matthew.
