I keep thinking 'Hey nonny nonny'...

Terrible. Really really. Sorry.

I'm not sure why but Pleione put me in mind of an ancient fish. but when I googled "ancient fish" I only got coelacanth. which is nothing like Pleione. maybe it's something to do with sharing the first 4 letters with pleistocene. no sorry. really don;t like it.

I've never heard of either before and I think they are both gorgeous.

I prefer Pleione, of the two.

It's quite obvious how they should be pronounced.

I was going to say the same as Hatwoman - Pleione makes me think of Pleistocene!

I like Oenone though - and Nonie is a fab and slightly easier shortened version.

I really at "If you've got a DP that won't say 'eh?' then use it!"
Mine is an 'eh?/wtf?' DH, so will not get to use my favourite names :p
