I just love a certain name but everyone I've mentioned it too thinks it awful.

I'm very into latin names, my 2 boys both have unusual but normalish latin names.

Ok putting aside any historical facts...

Any history of evil....

What do you think of...

Nero.

It's a type of beer from our local brewery.

Is there a nickname for it? I don't like names that don't have a nickname.

francagoestohollywood · 12/05/2009 18:39

I actually like the name, but surely you could choose a better emperor, no?

Tidey · 12/05/2009 18:41

You could always name him Domitian. Although people might think you like names that sound like Goth bands.

tummytickler · 12/05/2009 19:23

It is a nice name - it is a shame it has been completely ruined by a chain of coffee shops! You just cant get away from that connection.

hf128219 · 12/05/2009 19:29

And you could have a girl called Hero.

missmiss · 12/05/2009 19:51

How about Caligula?

RnB · 13/05/2009 10:15

I think you're right tummytickler...

Loving it missmiss
