There are better/prettier herb names.

jkklpu · 30/04/2009 20:18

Rosemary
Lavender
Lovage

don't do Sage

BeehiveBaby · 30/04/2009 20:18

It means wise too, doesn't it. That is quite nice I suppose but still not grabbing me.

Toffeepopple · 30/04/2009 20:19

I know a girl called Sage. I wasn't that impressed at first but it has grown on me.

FluffyBunnyGoneBad · 30/04/2009 20:19

Rosemary's nice.

janeite · 30/04/2009 20:20

Lavender
Rosemary
Clover - not a herb but similar idea
Cecily (feels flowerish but not sure - I may be thinking of Cecily Parsley)
Willow

Not liking Sage at all, sorry.

bargainhuntingbetty · 30/04/2009 20:21

I dont normally do names threads but this name grabbed me. I really really like it. I dont normally like 'different' names but I have to say I really like this one.

BeehiveBaby · 30/04/2009 20:26

Cicely is a herb

janeite · 30/04/2009 20:28

Ah - thank you!

BunnyLebowski · 30/04/2009 20:40

Want to like it......but keep thinking of stuffing

Toni Collette has a Sage.

Love Clover and Willow though and Rosemary too.

bran · 30/04/2009 20:41

It depends on your surname IMO, if your surname begins with S then Sage could work well. I like it as it's not overly girly.

jambutty · 30/04/2009 20:41

Onion for a boy, then.

McDreamy · 30/04/2009 20:42

not sure think there are prettier names out there!

BunnyLebowski · 30/04/2009 20:43

Sidge · 30/04/2009 20:59

Hmm it's a bit nondescript isn't it?

I know a Briar, that's pretty I think and quite unusual.

duchesse · 30/04/2009 21:03

Artemis? It's one of the Latin names for wormwood, which is a pretty but rather poisonous medicinal herb.

pointydog · 30/04/2009 21:16

I'm a rather fat feathery owl called Sage
I'm not very happy, in fact in a rage

Mulanmum1 · 30/04/2009 21:27
