TWO possible problems with my favorite names:
- One of my top two names for a DD is Anna Lucy (as recently posted in separate thread). BUT - of course just the initial is often used for the middle name: is Anna L. too close to 'anal'? Or am I over-thinking it?
REALLY woulldn't like to have to go with a different middle name - Lucy is one of my fave names but ruled out because it is my sister's name - without the Lucy DH and I would be less excited about Anna with a different middle name.
Also Anna L. C----ell: the two -ell sounds aren't great, but normally it's only written down that way not said out loud, so that shouldn't be a problem? Or is it not great?
- Fave boys name for last 2 years has been Aidan. When I was little I loved reversing names... and Aidan spelt backwards is Nadia. Is this a problem? Surely many Aidans get through life without being called Nadia? Maybe reversing names is just a girl thing to do? I don't like the spelling Aiden anywhere near as much but if needs must... what do you think? Mind you my nephew is Aaron and no-one so far has noted that it's (almost) Nora (ok it's Noraa) backwards)
Is my brain being overly active or should i be concerned?
Thanks for your help!!!
