Elizabeth Jane is very nice, and Libby is a cool nn. I wouldn't choose Evie, but Eve, Eva, Evelyn or Evangeline (Evie is to me a pet name for a little girl). I would not spell Tamsin with a y I think it looks very odd. Tamsin Laura is nice too.
