anyone know the cost of a name change (surname)

think the question says it all!!! we're changing surname of ds when we register the birth of 2nd DC

Dont know where you are but £35 in Scotland. Google Registrar General, Edinbugh.

Might be different elsewhere.

I did it for free with a marriage certificate.

Best part of £90 for a new passport though!
