Is there a longer more formal name for Spike?

Fair enough if you don't like it etc and we've heard all of the Dog's name comments so I'm not looking to be persuaded otherwise.

I've always preferred a longer more formal name then the use of a nick name, Henry/Hal and Benoit/Benny (current family names)

I'm not sure what it would be lengthened to so any suggestion would be great.

Well apparently Spike Milligan's name was actually:

Terence Alan Patrick Seán Milligan

So Sean maybe??
