Victoria?

She was an Empress....

Tinker · 01/02/2009 22:59

Ooo, look. Empress is actually a name And it suggests Ambrosia as an alternative. Nice.

Tinker · 01/02/2009 22:59

Josephine

choosyfloosy · 01/02/2009 23:01

Victoria too

Cymbeline (actually a King of Britain but I suggest it from time to time, i think it's lovely though wouldn't be brave enough!)

Rani means Queen I think? Another lovely name.

Sarah means Princess

My DD is Rhianna which means queen or goddess.

MrsY · 02/02/2009 21:09

I know Sultana means empress...

saadia · 02/02/2009 21:10

Ameera means princess in Arabic.

MrsY · 02/02/2009 21:13

I also love Raine, which means Queen, and Orla, Sara(h), Sadie, Talullah and Sally mean princess.

I though Thea meant gift?

LostVagueness · 02/02/2009 21:34

Tinker - You have got to be kidding? Ambrosia!

I knew Thea was a goddess, but in my baby name book and looking at a few websites, Thea is listed as meaning gift or gift from God.

I guess different sites say different things.

My rl name means about 15 different things according to differnt books!

cheesesarnie · 02/02/2009 22:24
