The ones where the DJ's have this, right really really funny story and wait, right listen, they heard that this person right, no really wait, Hahahaha, this person.. OMG you are gonna DIE when you hear this, but this person oh god I can barely tell it!!!

Not exactly Slur, it was Scott Mills on Radio 1 (so not far off what you describe!), and yes it is indeed from an N Dubz song.

I agree, poor poor child. "Hello, my name is My Name's Shaniqua And What Miller". I hope the mother changes her mind sharpish

"what miller" would definitely cause me to question further.
