Not liking Zero to be honest, but I just have to say I really like Peachy's suggestion of Leander - it goes really well with the others I think.

No suggestions of my own I'm afraid.

Zero was the smallest boy in Holes by Louis Sachar. His surname was Zeroni, but they all called him Zero because they said his head was empty and he was too stupid to learn to read. At the end he did learn to read, and it transpired that his actual name was Hector.

It's a really negative name. If you like Z names how about Zane, Zack, Zeus (a friend suggested Zeus to me in jest but it is quite distinctive!)
