Both Dp and I like Freddie but can't think of a middle name ,I liked James but DP hates it .

Any ideas? .

Leon or Leonard or maybe... William

dinkymum · 17/12/2008 20:46

Charles? just popped in my head!

maretta · 17/12/2008 20:48

Yes I was going to say Charles.

Frederick Charles flows nicely too.

SmilePlease · 17/12/2008 21:03

Isn't the baby just Freddie though? Not a Frederick?

sorkycake · 18/12/2008 08:46

I'm not sure it should have a middle name put with it.

BoyMeetsWorld · 18/12/2008 09:37

Shane...

Freddie Shane sounds cute :p

belgo · 18/12/2008 09:38

John or Jack. Do you not have a nice family name that you can use? That's what we always do for middle names.

sweetcat · 18/12/2008 09:38

Won't help but DH says Mercury! Sorry....

ComeWhineWithMe · 18/12/2008 09:42

Thanks all ,I like George so maybe we will use that .

If not it will certainly be Mercury .

Glad you weren't offended. I posted then thought oh fuck you probably don't share the same stupid sense of humour as me. George is a much better choice

SmilePlease · 18/12/2008 12:34

OP - Fred and George are twins in Harry Potter books.

Freddie George will instantly remind me of them... but maybe it's just me!

ilovespinach · 18/12/2008 14:23

Freddie Alexander

SatsumaMoon · 18/12/2008 14:30

Are you actually going to put "Freddie" on the birth certificate? Personally I think it can be a mistake using diminutives as it gives less flexibility when they are older and may prefer to use a more grown-up version...

wombleprincess · 18/12/2008 20:24

flintstone

ComeWhineWithMe · 18/12/2008 21:22

No satsuma ,I am not actually going to put Freddie on the birth certificate the registras usually write that bit down don't they?

I just have to sign the bottom .

I have a few months to decide on any names yet but I do know it wont be called Fredrick or the likes.
