Nordic girls names - Any ideas?

My husband is of Danish origin so we want a name to go with the Nordic sounding surname but I struggle to find girls names that I like. They still need to sound pretty and be easy to spell as the surname is long. Any ideas?

(We have what would have been a Norwegian surname so had the same dilemma. Boys' names much easier than girls!)

Haggisaggis, you are so right, we have a few options already for boys names.

Thanks for the suggestions..

Dizzy - out of curiosity, what are your boys' names choices? (want to see if ds's name is there!)

DizzyBrummie · 12/11/2008 16:38

Secret

Our little boy is Kimi, what's yours?

Oh, our one and only girl's option when I was pregnant with DS1 was Rika but I've gone off it since. Good job we had a boy.

He is Anders. Although my preference would have been Tor but dh thought that was too short.

DizzyBrummie · 12/11/2008 16:42

Ooh, I like Anders. Tor is on par with our thoughts for a boy
