A Scarlett and an Atlanta (if I understand correctly, you already have a dd called Atlanta?) seems a bit too Gone with the Wind to me (ie the main character is Scarlett and the city is Atlanta).

I named my DD Scarlett because that was my maiden name. We gave her a middle name with two syllables as her surname only has one.
