I have a girl's name lined up but am completely stumped for a boy's name. My DS is Monty. Any ideas for something that will 'go with it'?

I have a cousin called Monty. He has the piss taken out of him daily. His brothers are called Louis and Harrison.
What about Ralph (pronounced Rafe), or Felix. I like Hugo though.

could you come back OP and tell us what you think of our choices please?

Betti · 08/10/2008 20:58

Thanks (I think!) for your suggestions. Most of these i have already thought of but DH has said no. Liking Ned and Angus though.

AussieLou at your cousin taking a ribbing everyday. There are 3 Monty's I know of where I live and none of them have to suffer that....mind you they are only toddlers!!

LOL VinegarTits I was going to suggest Jonty too!

AussieLou · 09/10/2008 12:39

Betti He is I think 11 now and it is considered a very pretentious name where he lives. Only now are you seeing the Angus, Hugo etc where he lives. PLus there is a biscuit called a monte carlo which makes the teasing that little bit easier for the other kids. He doesn't mind though. He calls himself 'Mons'
