Love the name Isobel / Isobelle but have quite a few family / friend babies I know called Isabel so have decided to maybe use it for a middle name. The only question being that it makes it sound like the baby 'is a bell'. What do people think? Is it something worth rethinking over. Most people don't ever find out what a middle name is so I'm not sure it's that big an issue really. What do you think?

my dd middle name is Isabelle. It is a family name and i also thought it is v pretty. To be honest though i don't think we have ever used it since she was born and people were asking her full name. in some ways i wish that we had used it for her first name as I prefer it to the name we chose.

i didn't realise that you could spell it isobelle. i thought it was isobel or isabelle
