The final Z in Eloise and the S in Sophie don't flow easily, but you'd rarely use both names anyway. They are v pretty names.

I love the name Eloise, i think other names would flow better but if you are set on Sophia then go for it. Or the other way round Sophia Eloise.

I think Eloise Sophia is a bit of a mouthful, although I do like both names. How about substituting Sophia for Sophie?

Eloise is not common. It's highest ranking has only ever been about 97 in the name charts since 1998, and for most of that time has been outside the top 100. I think its a lovely name, but then I'm biased as I've got one. Agree that I'm not convinced by the two S sounds so close together. Maybe Eloise X sophia might break it up a bit. Great name choices though.

Personally, I don't like Eloise. But that's my taste. It terms of the two names together, the S in Eloise sounds quite soft so think it goes fine with the Sophia, I wouldn't worry about that combination

It's my niece's name. I prefer Sophia Eloise personally but both are pretty.
