Been googling it but no meanings anywhere. Seems to be swedish or german....

Ancia is a place in Portugal.

Curious that Google can't find "Ancia" in any names website. Maybe you are not writing it correctly?

it is pronounced like anthea, but with the c replacing the th. c pronounced see
