I think it is growing on me........initial reactions please ladies!

I used to have a dachshund called Sasha.
(It was a boy)

Quite like it for a girl though - although would be slightly concerned about the Bratz connotations (as mentioned previously).

What are your other choices?

frazzle, I had a lhasa apso called Sasha as a child.

Other than that I think it's a nice name. I picked it for the dog after watching the Neighbours credits, it was the real name of the actress who played Lucy Robinson#2.

Sasha is boy or girl - affectionate form of Alexander/Alexandra in Russian

Sasha is a cool name.
