I like Georgia best out of those although all are lovely. Prefer the spelling Natasha to Natascha.

dd1 and two have two syllable names that are cute and straightforward. dd2's name is highly popular but a classic, dd1's is not popular and could be a boys name...

I think Natascha is the best from your list (although I prefer it spelt without the c). Georgia is okay, but its not a pretty name. and really not keen on Joelle I'm afraid.
