personally I wouldn't choose them.

Katisha · 11/07/2008 09:57

It would depend on whether you thought those shoes with roller skaes in them are still going to be popular when she arrives at school...(If Healey is pronounced Heely)

mumblechum · 11/07/2008 09:57

Honest answer? The first thing I thought about was Heely shoes (with the heels in the wheels).

Sorry to be brutal, but I've always thought it was quite an ugly surname.

mumblechum · 11/07/2008 10:02

Dennis.

FabioTheTimeLordCatOfGallifrey · 11/07/2008 10:03

I thought 'Jeremy'
[shows age]

It sounds like you've got mixed up between Hayley and Keely.

solo · 11/07/2008 10:03

shoes with wheels...

BettySpaghetti · 11/07/2008 10:04

Only if she looks like this as thats who anyone of a certain age will think of when they hear the name I'm afraid

honestly? Rubbish

reethi96 · 11/07/2008 10:05

Awful. Sorry.

Nighbynight · 11/07/2008 10:11

I'd stick to Hayley, tbh, because that's what everyone will call her anyway.

Healey is forever associted with Dennis Healey and his bushy eyebrows!

zippitippitoes · 11/07/2008 10:13

one of the worst ideas

why

and if it was a name it wouldnt be a girlks name

just odd

DRAGON30 · 11/07/2008 10:17

Dennis and eyebrows. Everyone will think you can't spell Hayley

TsarChasm · 11/07/2008 10:18

Could have Keeley?

robinpud · 11/07/2008 10:18

I think your homrones are getting the better of you tbh...

robinpud · 11/07/2008 10:19

If u had a boy you could call it Weeli

these are all dreadful

Holly is a nice name

pedilia · 11/07/2008 10:49

I think it is awful!

AbbeyA · 11/07/2008 10:52

Dreadful! I think Dennis.
I misread the second one as Heidi. Why make up a name-use Heidi or Hayley.

AtheneNoctua · 11/07/2008 10:54

I used to know a girl whose name was Helin, and was called Heli (rhymes with belly). It is an Estonian name.

HolidaysQueen · 11/07/2008 10:58

It's the name of a fairly boring part of the fairly boring town I'm from so I don't like it.

Is it a family name? If so I might go with it but only as a middle name. If it's not, then I think there are much prettier names out there.

violetsmile · 11/07/2008 11:05

Healey as in Fran Healey?? Fantastic name! I personally tend to prefer simple or traditional names but who gives a shit what people on here think?? Call you child whatever you want and don't be put off by a load of anonymous strangers on here! If everyone liked the same names then we'd all be called the same thing so go with your gut I say!
