Middle name for Daisy

Not sure if Daisy is a bit too twee - though I do love it

Any ideas for nice middle names to go with it?

I love nature related names but another one in the mn slot might be a bit much (also love slightly hippy names like Skye, Summer, Lark, Rain but don't know that I'd be brave enough to use them)

I think that Daisy is fine for an adult name.
I think it goes best with traditional names
Daisy Elizabeth
Daisy Louise
Daisy Katherine

We have a cat called Daisy Maisy or Daisy May (depends what she's up to - sometimes she's Crazy Daisy too!) - not saying thats its a cats name mind you - as all our cats have had human names - we once had a cat called Keith!
Daisy May I would go for if it were me xx

I think May/Mae is becoming a hugely popular/ overused middle name. It's a bit Dukes of Hazzard/Dolly Parton for me.
Why not make someone in your family very happy by picking a family name?

I agree with MsDemeanor, there are sooo many girls under 3 with May/mae as middle name. Our new dd is caled Daisy Ellen. I think Daisy is a very hard name to match middle names with as lots of the combinations end up sounding very dukes of hazzard...

Whatever name you choose she will grow into it.

MinkyChunky · 08/07/2008 11:07

Do not choose May if you do not want cutesy and twee.

Daisy Lou
Daisy May

Gagagagagga twee IMO.

LadyThompson · 08/07/2008 11:43

Daisy Lou sounds like someone drippy from the Deep South, in stained dungarees.

If you like nature names, whaddabout

Daisy Willow
Daisy Iris
Daisy Zinnia (it's a flower)

Daisy Juliet! ;)

i love the name Daisy but no other girly names sound particularly good with it in my opinion. is there a family name (like your maiden name) that you might want to throw in there?

DS was going to be Daisy Blue. Luckily, we decided on a boy's name for him instead
