Can you help me brainstorm names with these requirements?

— contain 2+ different vowel sounds but start with a consonant (can end in a vowel)

— full names, not nicknames (eg Benjamin not Ben)

— Old Testament, Latin, French, Hebrew, or nature origin

— not currently wildly popular but also recognisable as a name people know and know how to spell

— for girls, fairly strong-sounding and not overly feminine/frilly

boys and girls names please, thank you so much in advance if you can help

Are we allowed to know why you have these rules for the structure of the names? Genuinely curious, I’ve never seen a request for starting with a consonant or the 2 vowel sounds.
