Alexandria would be my favourite, though I would prefer it as Alexandra.

Janay is the one I have never heard of before. Where does that come from?

Juliet and Antonia at a push. The rest are not my style / awful.

I know it's everyone's individual taste but I'm sorry OP I genuinely don't like any of them.
Millie and Juliet at a push, Alexandria is lovely but nobody will ever actually use it it will be shortened to Alex or Al. Juliet will become Jules and Millie will be Mill, or Mills or something similar.
Consider all the shortened versions of the names and if your happy to have them called those instead.

Angelica is absolutely gorgeous. I also love Alexandria and Dominique.

I'm not quite certain. My DH says that he met an American called Janay and liked the name.

In my opinion only

Alexandria - nice, if you’re happy with Alex/Lexi
Angelica - lovely
Antoinette- bit dramatic
Dominique - no sounds like a dungeon mistress
Janay - no but not sure why
Juliet- yep, good, classic
Lynette- always a drunk stepmom in an Australian comedy
Millie- it’s okay - better if it’s short for something though, maybe Emmeline?

I worked with a Dominique. It’s a bit of a mouthful. Everyone called her “Dom”.

I love Juliet, but not Julie or Jules, so I’d be worried about people shortening it.

Not keen on the rest.

Juliet and Millie are only two I like. Angelica reminds me of the naughty little girl from The Rugrats.

In order best to worst:

Antoinette- obvious connection and a bold choice but beautiful.
Alexandria- love this, wouldn’t use Alex though as Allie is nicer.
Angelica- bit dated but still pretty and feminine
Millie- much prefer Millicent.
Juliet- pretty.
Dominique- eh.
Lynette- the nickname Lyn saves it.
Janay- the only one I really strongly dislike.

I like Juliet best from your list.
I recognise the name Janay as from somewhere but I can't think where (tv character, book character 🤔).
I quite like it.
Edit: a quick Google and it seems Janay is a Biblical name meaning God is gracious.
That's nice if you are religious 🙂

Angelica - isn’t she the bully brat on rugrats? Definitely no.
Antoinette - don’t mind this
Dominique - not a fan
Janay - sounds like a stripper and probably friends with Dominique
Juliet - no
Lynette - maybe
Millie - would be my choice from these but not a name I love

Janay is absolutely awful. I do like Alexandria.

Every one of those will be shortened to 1 syllable.

Millie is such a random end to that list but is the only name on there that I like, personally.
