This is my ranking too.

Eve and Annie sort of feel as though they need "more": they are sweet as nns but I'd go Evangeline (which would then become my second choice after Elizabeth) and Anna/Annabel.

I like Zoe a lot objectively, but it feels like it's had such a huge spike in popularity that it might be associated with a particular time period right now. My only hesitation with Eve is that it could get lost in a sea of Eva, Evie, Evelyn, etc. I'd hate to be Maggie or Annie as a stand-alone, but Annie feels like it gives more options than Maggie.
