Patrick is great and is the only one on your list that goes with the other names.

Christopher is still popular and there are lots of Kits.
Kyle and Shaun seem dated and a bit downmarket. The Seán spelling is better but it seems very 1960s.

I'd avoid a name starting with A.

Love Patrick and Christopher from your list.

So do I. Think they go well with your other names and shorten well - Paddy and Kit!

Love Kyle, like Christopher and Patrick too. It depends where you live though as to whether you like the name shortened.

It all runs very well off the tongue. Go Patrick.

Patrick goes really well with your other children’s names and it’s definitely not overused

MiddleAgedDread · 02/04/2026 17:05

Team Patrick here too!

NoExchangeBeforeChristmasThen · 02/04/2026 17:15

Linden (or Lyndon, if you want to Americanise it)

Then you have 2 x A & 2 x L names, all of which are redolent of each other whilst not sounding too similar

From your list Patrick is the best other suggestions in a similar style
