Yes, this is a joke BTW.

I know a little girl called Sheherazade. I think there was a sharp intake of breath when I first heard the name, but now I absolutely love it.
(The story of Scheherazade in "One Thousand and One Nights" is a fantastic story too).

I was very nearly Scheherazade, I ended up with a slightly less unusual Persian name, but I have a massive soft spot for it. I know a 3yo Scheherazade who is known as Zadie
