I love Cleo, Claudia, Hallie, Nelly, and Pippa.

Lots of your choices are shortened variants of longer traditional names, which is what I would choose.

Maggie &Peggy= Margaret
Ginny=Virginia
Betsy=Elizabeth
Nelly=Helen(a)
Pippa=Philippa

Hallie - sounds American.
Esme / Esmae - people will pronounce differently.
Ginny, Peggy, Nelly - old fashioned and all would be better as a nickname for a full name. Virginia doesn’t work due to risk of teasing.

@Redcst , Why do you have to be Welsh to use the name Mabli? MN really are strange.
Because it seems unfamiliar to and not liked by some posters.
We had Mabli on our list and yes we’re Welsh but I don’t hate keep our names.
What is 'hate keep'?

I like Rosie, Betsy, Cassie, Nelly, Edie

But I'm not really fond of them unless they are used as nn for Elizabeth, Helena, Edith, Cassandra. Otherwise they are too informal I think. Rosie is probably ok, maybe Cassie.

@Tammygirl12 , The AbFab character was Eddie. Edie rhymes with needy.
