Hi all. I am trying to conceive currently and I just cannot think of a name for the life of me! I have a couple of ideas....

Mulberry-Rose

Sheinelia

Rignlet-Joy

Jia-Sunshine

These names are very meaningful to me and my husband Georgie so please show kindness, respect and compassion.
Would be happy to know your thoughts!

How about

Lasagne Verde
Mercedes Benz
Armitage Shanks
Mary Christmas

🤣🤣🤣

NormasArse · 27/11/2025 21:13

Traffordina-Centaria.

Chesheria-Oakley.

Cooper-Sparr

Or the ever popular Marquess-Sparkess.

Far too ordinary. There are 7 of them in Jeremiah-Fischer and Jizabella-Fei's baby group

Jizabella! That’s beautiful ❤️🥰❤️

Try again, as a fully formed sentence? 🥱

😬😂

@Zippidydoodah Inspired by another thread.

I like Dolphin - Finn .

I think it’s cute mixing up ph and f sounds.

Dolfinn - Phinn would be better!

Newsenmum · 27/11/2025 21:22

Clearly this is a joke post but if not, Jia-Sunshine is actually kind of cute.

FoxtrotOscarFoxtrotOscar · 27/11/2025 21:27

Personally, I just adore the Norwegian pronunciation of Rignlet-Joy (Wågguyælïïy-Yøüjjå).

So unusual, so super cool, totes unique and standout. There is zero chance of your cousin Darcieey-Maië stealing this one!

Pranksters · 27/11/2025 22:18

I helpfully thought of more.

Candelabra-Jai

Dimontai-Belle

Chandelia-Cocopop

Limoncello-Cerise

Congenitelle-Hernia

NormasArse · 27/11/2025 22:39

Sanitelle-Paddé

Louis-Bruche

Danté-Frhys

(The bathroom edition)

GaIadriel · 27/11/2025 23:31

You can't have a silent 'g'.

Reign?

TheBroonOneAndTheWhiteOne · 27/11/2025 10:21

Rignlet? WTF?

Is that a typo for Ringlet?
🤣

Oh but it's so nice to make it distinctive by spelling it wrongly.

At first glance I thought it was Piglet-Joy. (suggestion op?)

MouldyCandy · 28/11/2025 01:11

HugoYorway · 27/11/2025 12:31

Beaulox looks klassy

🤣 Doesn't it! I also like the suggestion of Teekay-Max.

I hope you got your username inspiration from the Hugo name thread a while back. That was VERY funny.

MissedItByThisMuch · 28/11/2025 02:16

Sheinelia, and pp’s suggestions of Temuella and Alibaba-Rose are a bit downmarket OP, they don’t pass the “Supreme Court justice” test. Can I suggest
Harvey-Nicholle or Harrodisse are much classier choices? You don’t want to limit your hypothetical potential child’s options in life.

HelpMeGetThrough · 28/11/2025 06:14

Baylis-Harding

user1492757084 · 28/11/2025 08:16

The nick names could be cute.

Mully
Shine
Riggy
Sunny

If I HAD to use those names I would use ..
Rose Mulberry
or
Joy Sunshine

and for their twin ..

Shania Twain

@MouldyCandy , It's my real name, innit. Def inspired by the 'what is hugo short for thread. Smile Meant to 'clear quote'.

Etta-Paella is on my list.

Teekay-Max is genius, but I'd go upmarket and spell it Ticquaye-Maqx

lolly427 · 28/11/2025 12:19

Sorry, is it your new business that you're naming or your child?

You might have a few legal issues with Sheinelia if it's your business but if it's for your child maybe you could get sponsorship?

No point having a child and giving them an absolutely ridiculous name if you're not going to make any money out of them, is there?
