I like Biblical/Classical names, or at least something with a strong meaning and something DH's spanish relatives can pronounce. At the moment have come up with
Macabee (aramaic for hammer)
Jonas (Hebrew, Dove)
Iolo ( Welsh, can't remember)
DH has vetoed Macabee says it reminds him of Mugabe (he's right)

Ruben seems the obvious one - Jewish and Spanish.

I'm not much good on the bible but do speak Spanish - all your names so far sound like a no-no to a Spanish speaker - Jonas would be Honas, for example.

How about
Daniel
or
Luca/s?
or (very plain, very classic) David?

Have a feeling you're not going to like them though, your names sound much more unusual!

I like Kobe - is Israeli short for Jacob (i think) but also popular in US amongst African American community so has a nice cosmopolitan appeal..

Out of the ones mentioned so far I most like:
Rafael/Raphael (Spanish/Hebrew - God has healed);
Ruben/Reuben (also Spanish/Hebrew - see, a son);
Ezra (Hebrew - helper);
Isiah (Hebrew - God is salvation; the lord helps me).
Those would all sound good with a Spanish accent as well as English & all have strong meanings too.
Azariah is a variant of Ezra & Esias is one of Isiah, both much more unusual & quite cool too!
