Heard of a Tre? Trey? Tray?

One of the mums at school saying she is considering this for her newborn.

Can you imagine getting it to do kitchen chores? (in Yorks accent) "Fetch t'tray, Trey."

Any other children amusingly named after kitchen or dining accessories?

Trey, Ryan's brother in The O.C. I like it!

Trey Parker is one of the creators of South Park.

I love the name Trey as someone very close to me has it as a shortened version of their name.

As marynatalie said no one has ever associated his name with a kitchen object people aren't that silly or rude.

Is Cheryl Cole going out with a Tre?

I went to school with a boy called "Trey". His given name was, for example, Henry Vincent Miller III and they called him "Trey" as a nickname because he was the third in his family with that name and it kept him from being confused. I liked it! I didn't think of "tray" at all when I heard it and don't recall any bad references (though I'm sure he has a different opinion!)

Like Enid, I remember Tre from Boyz n the Hood! Brilliant film for those who haven't seen it. His Dad was called Furious. Played by Lawrence Fishbourne.
Always wandered why a Mother would use Furious as a name...
