Hi
My DH and I have found out today that we're having a girl which will be due around Christmas. We were more set on boys names as we already have a girl and we can't think of names we love as much as her name. Have posted before but no longer very sure so would prefer a fresh list of names.
Names that we both like but can't use:
Elsie
Matilda
Rosie
Holly

Any suggestions of names?
Thanks

I like them both ending in an a- esp Leila, Maia or Aila/ Aisla , also Cara, Clara. Your other faves are lovely too esp Erin. Only one not keen on is Rhiannon - just sounds too long and clumsy next to Freya. Agree re checking sooooooo carefully with your surname and initials - write them out in a variety of permutations ( initial first then surname , then reverse ) - many a gorgeous name been ruined by teasing over initials being embarrassing!

I'm potentially in the same boat as you already have a little girl and soon to find out if we are having another one but stuck on a girls name I love as much as my current DD (who's name is Aria just for recommendation). We do have a boys name all picked out though so no worries there.
