Looking for opinions on name for baby due in January, we don’t know the gender, and also more suggestions for names I may like.
I don’t want anything super popular.

Adelaide - family name, would call her Addie

Mabel

Mair

Roni - for a family member

Boys

Atticus

Austin

Kellan

Kyran

Adelaide is lovely.

Everly I think is a bit trendy and will date quickly, a bit like Dawn in the 60s.

Indie I like bit ots a bit marmite. Ive not met many though.

Mabel love.

Roni I would use Veronica and shorten it to Roni.

Boys:

Love Atticus and Austin. Only met one of each.

Aren’t kern in your other choices sorry but then I’m le enough to remember the Nolans Grin

Lots of Mabels and Indies around here.

ChocolateCinderToffee · 18/07/2025 19:20

Adelaide is OK, but Addie is not.

I wouldn't consider any of the other names on your list at all, sorry. Lots of surnames, lots that are just . . . no.

Not keen on any of the boy names and Mabel is the only one I like from the girl list.

How about Emilia or Reuben?
